After going to college to be a paralegal and changing her career three times (office worker, business owner, then working in a bookstore) Tawny Stokes finally realized that she’d always been a writer. Writing for the past ten years, she is a New York Times and USA Today bestsellng author of more than 45 adult fiction books under the name Vivi Anna, including the award winning Valorian Chronicles from Harlequin.
Under her real name, Tawny Stokes, she’s developed a solid readership on Wattpad for her YA books. Her books Static and Electric have gained close to 3 million reads, and she couldn’t be happier to have them published with Limitless.
She’s an avid reader, talker, walker, and movie watcher, and is always on the lookout for the next big thing. A lover of teen horror films and indie dramas, she also writes screenplays and TV scripts and hopes to one day be the next Kevin Williamson (he wrote Scream and The Faculty, and created and writes for the show Vampire Diaries) or Diablo Cody (she wrote Juno, Jennifer’s Body, and created and wrote the show United States of Tara).
Some of her favorite movies are LOTR, Chronicle, Guardians of the Galaxy, Deadpool, Little Miss Sunshine, Juno, The F Word, and some of her favorite TV shows right now are Game of Thrones, Bloodline, Penny Dreadful, Orange is the New Black, Bosch.
